Brief Overview:

Canada is the world’s second largest country. It has an area of 9,984,670 sq km (6,204,186 sq mi), of which 891,163 sq km (553,743 sq mi) is composed of inland water. Canada shares unfortified borders with the continental United States. Its entire population in 2018 was 36.95 million which is just less than the population of the State of California in the USA. English and French are the official languages but English is used predominantly. It has a Westminster style constitutional monarchy with Queen Elizabeth II as the head of state over a federation of 10 provinces and 3 territories.

Canada has a strong and well regulated banking system, low corporate taxes, a well-educated working class, and a health care system that is funded by the public. It has one of the lowest federal and provincial corporate tax rates among Western countries.  Taxation is at 0% unless a company receives income in Canada. Canada was ranked 2nd in the world for starting a business and 8th by the World Bank. The 1st annual meeting of shareholders must be called within 18 months subsequently it must call an annual meeting no later than 15 months after its last meeting and no more than 6 months after the financial year ends.

  • A notarized copy of a Bank reference (for each Shareholder, Director, Beneficial Owner, Authorized Signatory)
  • A Curriculum Vitae (CV) (for each Director and Shareholder)
  • If Shareholders and/or directors are legal entities, it is required to submit a full set of certified company documents. If the company has been operating over a year, a certificate of Good Standing must be submitted.
  • You must submit three different company names in order of preference
  • Any paid-up capital

Timeframe:
