For Individual applicants we will require the following documents:
- A valid Passport Copy
- Bank Reference Letter (with signature and stamp of the bank issued within the last three months)
- Proof of Residence (such as an original utility bill)
For Non-Individual Applicants the following documents are requested:
- License or Certificate of Incorporation issued by the chamber of commerce, Board Resolution and Memorandum of Association of the parental company (all these documents have to be attested by UAE embassy and UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
- A valid passport copy for the director and all shareholders
Starting Offshore will submit all the documents to the Registrar and your company will be registered in up to 2 working days.
